Rotherham bidding £400,000 up front for Scott Allan.
Won't be going to Rangers now.
He will definitely be off back down south.

It isn`t beyond the relam of fantasy to think they`re bidding on behalf of Rangers and once they get him sell him to Rangers. Paranoid, you might say? It has happen before.

I find it laughable that hibs fans find this are actually happy to see this, whether it be a bid from Rangers or whoever u should be looking to keep him, not accept the first bid that isn't from Rangers

Personally I want him gone now, obviously I'd rather he didn't go to Rangers but one way or another he needs to go. I don't want to go to ER every week to support a player who doesn't want to play for us and at every game it's always going to be about him.
Take the money and reinvest in a couple of young hungry players who'll give their all for us.
Had enough of this farce now.

It's not a case of accepting the first offer that isn't from Rangers, the Rotherham bid (if true) hasn't been accepted.
Hibs will wait until they get what they believe to be an acceptable offer, if not, he will play for the rest of the season and probably sign a pre contract with another club in January.

I find it laughable that Sevco still pretend they are the same Rangers

Unlikely, Rotherham are going to pay £400K for Renagers to NOT pay them back over a decade or so

Petriedish - & your evidence of this is??? or even an example or 2?

you are also forgetting the player & his agent might just tell Hubs to go take a runner, even if Hibs accept the Rotherham deal (btw do they class as a bigger club??) they will wait till next year, when hopefully Rangers are on the up and a better personal deal will be struck.

Bil Hibs have stated on numerous occasions that they are happy for SA to stay and leave in the summer rather than sell him to Sevco, this has nothing to do with what the player or the players agent wants - I don't know why this is so hard for the knuckle draggers to understand?

Are they a bigger club - they at least have more than 5 years history and can afford a transfer fee

Sevco - Cashless, Classless and Clueless since 2012

GGTTH

Weather scott allan stays or goes, it won't make a difference , Hibs won't get out that league anyway for many of years

AllanSa I'm looking fwd to finishing above Sevco in the league again this year - poor wee Sevco fan can't wait to see the top league in Scotland for the first time!!

Don't want to pee on anyone's chips here but I know for a fact that of all the bids that have came in (Rangers and Rotherham's) the leaks to the media (Evening News) have all came from us.
Petrie is actively trying to sell SA and make everyone else look like the bad guys.

I reply to the question are Rotherham a bigger club than Rangers dunno, maybe ask Richard Gough, he moved there I heard.

not happy with this allan debacle,,theres no way hell sign for anyone but sevco ,,,if we aren't going to sell hin like we have stated several times, then why the hell is every bit of business getting leaked to the press,,,it can only mean we are intending to sell him but we are holding out to get the biggest offer,,i for one would like him to stay but he's stuck in a transfer request do we really want him to be playing for us. i can't see it and once the crowds are back it will be very apparent mes thinks

I see your point but I am not in complete agreement with it. Hibs need to lower the prices if they want the fans back. While Petrie is still there a lot of fans will not fully back the club and I can understand after all the lies, misinvestment and failing to add quality addition and investment in decent players when the money was there before Hibs went down. Fans are sick of being fleased and prices remaining the same even although it's now the 2nd yr down in the Scottish Championship! I still go to matches but I pick and choose which games I go to due to pricing. If Hibs want to get the fans back in droves and onside then price needs to reflect this. PL teams command PL admission pricing. Scottish Championship sides command Championship level admission pricing. simples!

Shouldn't matter about prices yes they should be a bit smaller but if you buy a season ticket you get all the games at a discount so that's a cop out mate

I thought that as well, Petrie1875.

They could tell Rotherham to keep bidding then just give them £100k for their troubles!

Having said that, I doubt he would want to go anywhere near Rotherham.
