Hibby 07 Pre season is pre season?
We have been playing teams from lower leagues and have now had 4 inglorious results. Performances have been atrocious and none of the new signings are showing any talent.
If we are serious about challenging for Europe then players from the likes of Scunthorpe and Forest green are not going to take us there.
This seems to be a case of an English manager who thinks the English league 2 is on par with the Scottish Premiership. Well it is nowhere near it.
Lennons last 3 signings came from Serie A, Portuguese premiership and the Scottish champions.
Only one remains, Scotty Allen who is the outstanding player in the team, The other two are gone and have been replaced by no-hopers. We could have got much better from within the SPL for less money.

Losing faith in Heckinbottom and his signings. Arbroath was a shambles, Dunfermline not much better. Lennon's last 3 signings came from Serie A, Portuguese Premiere league and Scottish champions. Heckinbottoms paying a fair bit of money for lower English league players who are both unknown and uninspiring. We should be looking for a place in Europe this year but not with these guys.

Was at the game and thought that the MOM award was sponsored by the blind society. Most played better than Fyvie. His distribution still poor. McGeough for Fyvie in Saturdays team looks our best starting eleven.

We need more goal threats in the team particularly from midfield when strikers are not scoring.

A cup final, a semi-final(at least)- only lost one of seven games against SPL opposition and in the driving seat to make the play offs. Get a GRIP. We are behind probably the best team in Scotland in the championship and it could be that for the first time ever the Scottish Cup final will consist of two 2nd league teams. Be more positive. GGTTH

Ed do not understand your answer. Celtic have just signed Mackay Stevens on a pre contract. Surely we could do the same with McGeogh
