Paddy McCourt signs for Barnsley untill end of season
1.) Thats good didn't want him anyway
2.) I really am starting to lose interest, McCourt was a class player who wasn't a celtic regular. He would have been a valuable player for Hibs.
Mind I am sure there is a player who fits the bill out there.
He may well pass the ball back and forward across midfield and slow us up even more than our snails pace at the moment.
3.) Riordan type luxury player, mccourt to laid back doesn't do enough defensively 4 the team, no gr8 miss imo. Northumberland hibee.
4.) Lets be fair who would really want to sign for us our football is terrible and I think we could end up in a relegation battle but never mind I will be there cheering on the cabbage.

Appointing managers? I don't know who I'd trust. Our next appointment is very important. I just hope It's not a risk. We need a confirmed good manager.

Do all the Hibs fans who attended the final live beside Leith and have no other expenses? Of course they aren't all in that situation.
People get season tickets who can afford it and feel It's worth their while.
Can't blame someone for not getting one when we have an AWFUL manager and they're very dear as it is, when people have other expenses like buying a house, supporting their kids etc.
Get a grip, we aren't all rich and live close to ER with no other expenses.
9.) If you can't make it every week then every other week get behind the team and the manager (at the moment) if not then you have no right to complain
10.) Every right to complain! The clubs a joke at the moment. The last 20 months have been the worst in the history of the club! If you are happy with this then there's something wrong. If you own a company & your brother works for you & continues to mess his job up, turn up with an attitude that stinks week on week for 20 months are you going to continue to support him! No you're not! I love the Hibs, love the Hibs but this has now went too far! Petrie only listens when money stops coming through the doors. {Ed017's Note - what we have is what weve got.simple now.support and hope or bury your head.the choice is yours.

James collins has signed for Hibernian, it will be official friday morning.
1.) No he hasn't and he won't.
2.) Have also heard he has agreed terms and will be announced on Friday, he looks a good prospect and will surely score a few in the SPFL.
Let's hope when he is signed for us on Friday he has a tie against Swansea to look forward to. {Ed017's Note - loving the positivity here

6.) All I know is we can count Huddersfield out for hijacking the deal almost for sure now they've got this Spanish striker on trial. Not sure about Rotherham but they're not preferable to Hibs anyway. Doubt he'll have signed and it not be announced immediately
7.) Collins has signed but won't be announced until tomorrow, as Hibs don't want to detract what will be an emotional night for Lawrie Reilly.
8.) Hibs are close to completing the £200,000 deal to bring Swindon striker James Collins to Easter Road. (Various). That was from the tv website. I have also heard from a Hibs under 19 player (Neigbour) that's he signed last night.
9.) Collins has signed and it won't be announced until Friday, it's a celebration for Lawrie and his family tomorrow.

McManus is signing for Hibernian after being offered more cash than what Motherwell could offer. {Ed017's Note - Ct with well signed
1.) What a clown!
2.) No chance we are beating Motherwell next season then!
3.) Get real he ain't that great it's going to be a hard season for every team in the spl including septic let's see what happens come on the hibs
4.) McManus being at EM lastweek & the match would suggest that it was a close thing. I would say the shocking performance, lack of tactics & no doubt some Petrie skull doggery has led to him not signing! Amateur from top to bottom!
5.) No, not every SPL team will struggle. Just the Edinburgh ones.
At least Hearts have an excuse though!
6.) I think it's more likely that he wanted to return home, and was promised regular first team football. Pretty sure Fenlon wouldn't have promised him game time every week. Let's be realistic instead of looking to slate Petrie and Fenlon at every opportunity.
7.) I could see why he would want to come home but he's not that good cause at the end of the day he's steven :)
