If Brian graham was going to b our reserve No.9 but has bn asked to find a new club we could do worse than swap him for Steven dobbie.

I don't know if it's true or not, but the Commons rumour has gathered a bit of steam again. He's a player that divides opinion, imo, no thanks!

Definitely seem to be trying to clear the wage bill possibly in an effort to recruit a forward. Hopefully not stephen Dobbie though.

We shouldn't need to clear the wage bill much. It wasn't like we had a massive squad already and for everyone that's come in there's been at least one leave.

I'd like to think if they were clearing wages for a forward it'd be someone outwith the normal wage structure - can't see Dobbie commanding a high wage at Hibs.

Either that or Church and a decent percentage of Ciftci's Celtic wage with Handling looking for another club and then punting Graham.

Aye. That's basically what I just said. I also meant it seems as though they are clearing the way for someone who may command a bigger wage. If they, for whatever reason didn't feel the need to thin the squad down then guys like keatings would still be there. In all honesty not one person here really knows the ins and outs of the financial runnings/ state of the club. We've let a few go, clearly to get them off the wage bill and hopefully wether it's now or January to bring in other names to bolster the squad.
