Think Lennon has to show his cards this week, supporters are getting a bit frustrated personally I think Swanson was a great bit of business I would take pennant but we still need another striker or 2 and an attacking midfielder sooner rather than later .

Pennant? He makes Riordan and O'Connor look like choir boys . NOT what we need at all hibsboy.

He's a goal scorer mate and playing at this level may calm him down I would take the chance.

You think swanston is a great signing are you having s laugh. Couldn't get a game for Dundee Utd more of a bench player couldn't get a game at hertz and was fairly decent at st Johnston. Just a squad player if you ask me and wouldn't be in my starting 11. Having said that he's a Hibs boy and I really hope I'm wrong.

Swanson is a class act, travelled to east end the other day and he offers more than fyvie. Already a step in the right direction. Just because he 'couldn't get a game here, couldn't get a game there' means naff all about what he'll do at hibs. Players progress and that's exactly what he's done, now in his prime! GGTTH.

Scored 13 last season from midfield and effectively was the reason Saints ended above Hertz (besides Cathro obviously) .
He played centrally as an attacking midfielder though, so I hope he's not wasted on the left like he was before he played for Saints.

I sincerely hope your right Hibsboy. When Pennant was first mentioned a few weeks ago I mailed leeann to express my view that if we are looking to sign a 34 yr old winger, not good enough for Bury, we were in trouble. She replied that he "was only making use of Hibs training facilities". If that was true then surely it smacks of a desperation signing. As I say I hope your right.
