Just going to put this out there mcginn is a class act worth maybe £2m I would take Henderson mcksteven. I'm glad hibs and Celtic have a good exchange way I also think commons will come in for at least a season to put himself in the window and get match fit looking forward to the new season looking at the fixtures I'm expecting 66 points.

If John McGinn does leave for 2m we are due 33% of that figure to st mirren, we definitely nd a Celtic deal with players coming our way, I always thought that if he's not signing an extension this season with a promise to go next year (Cummings scenario) he will be sold.

Think he will go but not in this window but there is business being done with Celtic.

I've read a couple of reports that appear to think that Rodgers will not allow McGinn to go down south. Let's hope Lenny can use his powers of persuasion to get us a couple of good quality signings. Let the bargaining begin!

Commons does not want to be put in any window, the lad is contemplating hanging his boots up.

I've read that he's been trying for a coaching role at Parkhead, ne's a sensible guy, he will know if his body is up to playing or not.

seems to be a lot of us looking for Hendo to come back as part of the deal if we sell McGinn. i say hold on. he wasn't stubb's first choice midfielder, only as sub. he isn't rodger's choice even as sub.
i think he will be free to find another club during this window.

I think hendo will improve with age, I can see him playing the same role Armstrong plays for Celtic, where as, with us I thought he played more left side. I wouldn't want to risk losing him if he became free!

Henderson played almost every league game he was fit for, only missing a few to be rested.

If you've based not being Stubbs' first choice on the cup final that's way off - it was deliberate so he'd be more effective against a tiring midfield and defence. And it worked.

McGeouch, McGinn, Fyvie, Henderson was the diamond of choice for playing attacking football with Bartley going in for extra bite against the physical sides or when one was injured.

As a player right now Hendo is worth a start at the head of a diamond for Hibs, but Lennon wasn't overly fond of him as a kid at Celtic and I'm not sure he'd be keen on his fitness despite how well he links up and hits set-pieces. His running allowed McGinn to get forward more too under Stubbs.
