Lennon in Glasgow with miss dempster right now trying to get kris commons on an emergency loan deal before weekend.

{Ed007's Note - I think someone's pulling you leg, Tomo.}

1.) 16 Dec 2016
16 Dec 2016 01:53:47
Me and a few reporters are having our legs pulled then because the story will run in a few morning papers, from what I've been told.

2.) 16 Dec 2016
16 Dec 2016 04:00:27
Tomo it's not often I agree but your 100% on this one, my worry is emergency signing meaning Lennon wants him for the Morton game surely surely the guys unfit, and whilest I'm here why oh why have we taken two keepers on trial? That was a rhetoric question lol.

3.) 16 Dec 2016
16 Dec 2016 14:11:13
I agree with commons not being match fit but he's got to start somewhere we're getting him almost a month earlier than transfer window, we are still after Christie and Henderson using McGinn as a bargaining tool.

4.) 16 Dec 2016
16 Dec 2016 15:03:13
Well Ed commons done deal who's pulling who's leg lol. Can't say I'm overly thrilled. It might take him over a month to get match fit. Hope I'm wrong.

{Ed007's Note - Is he registered to play or just training with yoy? Under what circumstances was he allowed to join as an emergency loan, thats what I don't understand.}

5.) 16 Dec 2016
16 Dec 2016 18:13:05
I have stated on here that I was against signing him, basically because of the cost involved. This emergency loan to 15th Jan allows us to see just what he can contribute before we make a decision on signing him for the rest of the season. Let's hope he does the bizness!

6.) 16 Dec 2016
16 Dec 2016 19:47:50
Was that stated or slated? Big L
DONT say I never told u so lol.

7.) 16 Dec 2016
16 Dec 2016 20:45:25
Both Tomo, time will tell! Hibs rumours now saying Hibs in for Christie and Henderson.

8.) 17 Dec 2016
17 Dec 2016 12:56:13
Are Celtic the only team in the world were allowed to get players from? .

9.) 17 Dec 2016
17 Dec 2016 13:53:50
Let's face it wat other Scottish clubs hav an overload of quality players young and older? And our last 2 managers were ex Celtic captains/ manager it all makes perfect sense to me.

10.) 17 Dec 2016
17 Dec 2016 13:23:39
I'm with you Ed I don't understand the emergency loan. Surely an emergency loan a player has to be fit. What's the emergency in getting a player Thsts going to take around a month to get fit. I just hope Lennon knows what he's doing as he's done nothing to prove this so far.

11.) 17 Dec 2016
17 Dec 2016 14:46:25
No sorry mate I just don't agree. There has to be talent all over the uk we could get we have done it in the past however it's rarely we would get an experienced quality player like commons on loan, if no issues at all getting commons I just don't get the emergency bit.

12.) 18 Dec 2016
18 Dec 2016 13:17:48
Another dreadful showing yesterday, not a shot on target until 80 minutes, Lennon your starting to worry me, never mind big signings that will make us all roll over, we need grafters and someone with a bit of dig in the middle of the park.

13.) 18 Dec 2016
18 Dec 2016 13:45:30
We already have grafters and dig in midfield fyfie and McGinn, can't just sign players for sake of it, they've got to b better than wat we've got, a fit midfield of McGinn fyfie shinnie and commons is as strong a midfield outside Celtic.

14.) 18 Dec 2016
18 Dec 2016 14:36:05
Well Tomo your wrong mate the football we're playing is completely rubbish, up until yesterday every signing Lennon has made has been poor with the exception of laidlaw. It's a pity we've got to buy our way out of this league when our budget is far superior than the rest rest of the league and in my eyes we have the best squad yet the football is terrible. You might be happy with the squad but I'm not. We should be walking this league yet we're poor. I hope I'm wrong as I said earlier but at this moment in time Lennon looks lost.

15.) 18 Dec 2016
18 Dec 2016 16:35:30
I agree, the football has gone backwards from last year. We play way too many long hopeful balls up to Graham or Holt and rely on trying to win the second ball, not good to watch.

16.) 18 Dec 2016
18 Dec 2016 17:26:17
It was not nice to watch, my eyes were bleedin by half time. Midfield was non existant. We've gone from being a really attractive football team to a bunch of hoofers, far to many long balls. I have to say that Morton impressed me. God knows where we go from here, we've got Raith, Falkirk and Dun Utd next three games and I honestly can't see us taking 9 pt's from them.

17.) 18 Dec 2016
18 Dec 2016 17:49:45
Next game Raith, Cummings and Keats up front and Scott Martin in for Bartley, I thought he was brutal!

18.) 19 Dec 2016
19 Dec 2016 17:30:48
No panic we will start to play through commons and the midfield and look affective and attractive, Cummings has now had a taste of the bench and won't want to be back there to quick, so we will have our proven fox in the box back, long balls were getting played because we were short of ball players in midfield, commons and keatings and hopefully a fit Mcgeoch
Give us more ball playing options until fyfie and McGinn return. we are top of the league and that's all that matters and if we are still there come may by one point:goal difference does it matter.

19.) 19 Dec 2016
19 Dec 2016 20:40:00
The minute Commons put on a Hibs jersey he had 100% support from every Hibs fan, we all want him to be a success, but I'm not sure he will gain the level of match fitness to enable him to help us over the next 4 weeks. He's 10 months without a game! 12 mins in to the game the camera panned on him and he was blowin out his arse! His match fitness is a major concern. He was non existant in the first half, in 2nd half he knew he wasn't going to effect the game so he took up a position half way between our 18yrd box and the half way line and started banging long balls, that left us very light in midfield. I hope your right Tomo but I'm not as confident as you!

20.) 20 Dec 2016
20 Dec 2016 03:23:07
I agree we were a man down before a ball was kicked.
Lennon ship up or ship out. You've got the best team in the league, the biggest budget yet the football is dreadful. Get the young lads in after all we are top of the development squad league.

21.) 20 Dec 2016
20 Dec 2016 17:58:52
The development league is under 20 and most of the boys are 17- 19 years old hardly ready to be thrown into the full team, commons is far to good a footballer not to inhance our team, give the guy a chance he's had one day training and lasted a full 90 mins and your judging him already, get real mate it's Hibernian FC not Barcelona you support, if your really that upset about our management and style of football I'm sure you could go somewhere else?

22.) 20 Dec 2016
20 Dec 2016 20:39:22
Only upset about the style of football because we have gone backwards, we actually played good football last season under Stubbs. We have the best midfield in the league by far and yet we continue to miss them out by hitting long balls. Last year we played through the midfield and looked like a very good side.

23.) 20 Dec 2016
20 Dec 2016 20:40:46
Tomo that's the most ridiculous statement you've ever made, I could go somewhere else, I'm a season ticket holder and have been for over 20 years possibly 30 so I'm allowed to be worried that Lennon has done nothing yet but the most ludicrous statement is saying the players are not ready. Do you remember Riordan, Oconner, Brown, Thomson, Whittaker, Jason Cummings playing regular first team football at Hibs for three seasons and he's only 21 now. Arguably the best left back to have graced Easter road David Murphy was 20 when he came to Hibs so your talking mince about age mate you really are. I can't remember his name but there's a lad in the development squad now that's scored 2 hat tricks in 8 days I'm sure he'll bust a gut to get a game. Age is just a number if they are mature and phisical enough then give them a game. I have no issue with the commons sighing but Lennon is making a mockery of this team hopefully he can turn it around but so far he hasn't convinced one Hibs fan that what he's doing is working, instead of me going somewhere else perhaps you need a new job as you talk as if your the manager yet commons was the only thing you said right.

24.) 20 Dec 2016
20 Dec 2016 21:05:36
The days your talking about young talent coming through was in the days of the reserve league were youngsters were playing against grown men and having to learn quick
And being ready quicker to step into the full team these days a 17-19 year old plays against 17- 19 almost every other week, not ideal for the huge jump into first team football . Oli shaw is the name your looking for who's scored 2 successive hatricks against other 19 year olds?
Your knowledge of any grade of football is sadly lacking but as hibee I will tolerate you ( only just tho)

25.) 20 Dec 2016
20 Dec 2016 22:36:35
"I'm very worried about my beloved hibs" you said that recently Tomo! Why is it your not worried now? We're playing shite football, it's as bad as I've seen in a long time, and I don't think Lennon has a clue. As to the rubbish your talking about reserves etc. If that's the case how is it that Dun utd, Heart have brought thru lots of young lads in recent years as well as loads of other teams. Kinda blows a hole in your theory doesn't it? Martin and Crane were waiting to come on with 10 min's to go against Dumbarton, we were 2-0 up at home and he still doesn't bring them on. Every young player for years has been bulleted from ER and I fear for Ollie Shaw and a few others in the Dev team, they will go the same way as all the rest. John Parks was sat beside RP at the Morton game, maybe it is recognised that something is badly wrong at ER re our lack of producing our own players. Theirs an old expression, if your good enough your old enough! Tomo, You want to pack in the keyboard warrior rubbish and remember that your talking to fellow Hibs fans.

26.) 21 Dec 2016
21 Dec 2016 02:11:44
There's not a coach a trainer or ex professional that agrees with the set up of the under 20 development league because of what I was trying to explain to you the jump between the development and full team is to great for most players. The teams who financially have been forced to blood a lot of youngsters e. g. Hearts, Dundee Utd, Motherwell etc have seen player progression accelerated because the likes of Ryan gauld, Stuart Armstrong, Jamie walker, etc all 17 year olds in the first team playing with older professionals. In all walks of life you learn more and quicker when copying or listening to your peers, as I am every week reading your posts, I hate to hear negatively from hibs fans on this thread because if your taking this to the games it filters on to the pitch. and apart from away games you all seem to be keen hibs supporters.

27.) 21 Dec 2016
21 Dec 2016 12:07:43
Load of BS! Over to you Hibby 07.
L.

28.) 21 Dec 2016
21 Dec 2016 22:19:59
Tomo you change your mind you need to check back your posts you really do. So what your saying in your words that was in days of the reserve league so players could step up, that's utter mince what about Jason Cummings, your deluded mate I think you've probably got a job in the canteen or a cleaner or something like that but the info you've giving us over the time has been wrong except for commons. The Bottom line is like it or not we've got the biggest budget in the league and I'm a shareholder so get reports about incomings and outgoings also in my eyes we've got the best players but not the best team. Lennon has taken us backwards 100%. The facts are their for everyone to see. I don't know why your so deluded about the whole situation. We as a team are shocking and Lennon must bare the brunt. It's always been the case if the players in the reserves are good enough get them in.

29.) 22 Dec 2016
22 Dec 2016 03:43:21
Ah My two bulling friends one who lives in the past reliving the black and white days over and over Napoli Barcelona Leeds they were the days ha ha and finds today's team just not up to scratch my other friend has no football knowledge atoll and I wonder how he manages to get out of bed in the mornings. Hibs main aim this season PROMOTION at any cost agreed?
Now if that means winning ugly most weeks we'll let that be the case. As for going back the way? We're almost the same points same goals for same goals against as this time last year but most importantly top of the league, and that's progress? Hibs selling of youngsters? It happens at every club oli shaw was at Celtic, Jason Cummings hearts swings and roundabouts. i for one will cheer Neil Lennon and his whole squad on to the title however they play because the big picture is only promotion my two grumpy friends can live in the past and keep moaning because my glass is always half full.

30.) 22 Dec 2016
22 Dec 2016 12:12:35
So's yer head!

31.) 22 Dec 2016
22 Dec 2016 13:40:02
Tomo are you actually deluded or what? We all know that promotion was the target this year, we all know how many points we have and had at any certain time last year however the football is very poor and if we continue in this vein we will not finish first and we will not survive another play off. All we are saying is the football has been terrible under Lennon so far and his signings have been pretty poor. The management of John mcginn has also been poor telling everyone he will play the very next day after the Scotland game and what happens he gets a bad injury. Like it or not Lennon has made some poor decisions and with our playing staff and budget we should be doing a lot better that's not a criticism of you that's the reality of what we're faceing. If Lennon dosent get his finger out we are going to have another season in this league.

32.) 22 Dec 2016
22 Dec 2016 17:12:20
Ure not listening? If we continued in the same vein surely we will be champions? Playing thus far under lennon we are playing non attractive football but Top of the league, his remit when hired get us into Spl, half way there
According to you if we keep playing how we've bn playing that's got us to the top of the pile we will fail? Your very confusing or stupid?

33.) 23 Dec 2016
23 Dec 2016 15:46:33
It's you that isn't listening were not continuing in this vein we're getting worse and the football is dreadful, no need to be derogatory.

34.) 23 Dec 2016
23 Dec 2016 16:14:37
My sons and I are having a laugh, one of them thinks Tomo's a yam, the other one think he's a figment of the editors imagination. C'Mon Ed tell the truth! is this guy Tomo for real or have you made him up? "Ure not listening" sounds like a 6yr old shouting at his mum.

{Ed007's Note - Now to do with us mate. But why do people always accuse someone of supporting their bitter rivals when they don't agree with them?}

35.) 23 Dec 2016
23 Dec 2016 16:27:51
Loads of disagreements on here, can't say I've heard that accusation used much. Maybe you have seen it used on other club rumour pages you monitor. Have a nice Xmas.

{Ed007's Note - It crops up on them all mate. I suppose it's like the ultimate put down, I'd punch someone in the face if they accused me of supporting TRIFC :-D
Merry Christmas to you too, Big L and to rest of the posters and and lurkers.}

36.) 23 Dec 2016
23 Dec 2016 20:25:25
If you really think I'm six years old, should you be holding a text conversation on internet with me for several months? And if I'm a figment of someone's imagination athat you constantly disagree with you have serious mental and social problems GGTTH and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL ( I've been a good boy Santa ) ho ho go ho ho ho.

37.) 23 Dec 2016

40.) 25 Dec 2016
25 Dec 2016 10:34:31
Well, carry on in the same vein and we will be second to Dundee Utd maybe!
