Hibernian have told midfielder Sam Stanton, who has been linked with Dundee, and striker Danny Handling that they are free to look for new clubs.

Fair enough telling Handling to find a new club because he is utterly useless, but I'd rather Stanton had a 6 month loan at a smaller team to get him confident again as the potential is there.

We were told Stanton was the next big player to come thru the system, we were also told that Stubbs was great with young players, I have to wonder why we are losing so many young players! I also don't understand why Boyle gets a contract and Stanton gets told to go. I also believe that Handling would do a better job as a holding midfielder than Robertson ever did.

Handling has looked useless in every position i have seen him. It will be Stubbs' biggest regret so far at Hibs giving him a 4 year deal. Caldwell looked better and look where he is now.

You are always berating Handling, and by the way that's the problem, they have played the lad all over the mid field and up front to. No other player with the exception of Stanton when he gets a game gets moved about so much. If he leaves he will be playing in the SPL like so many players that are dumped.

My son knows relative of Handling he was told to start running 2 weeks ago the only place he ran to was the pub likes the bevy a bit to much.

I am berating him because Stubbs decision to give him a 4 year contract was one of worst Hibs have ever made.

When a player gets tried in loads of positions its usually because they're useless, which he is.

He is goid at absolutely nothing. I played against him when he was younger and he seemed good but in professional football he isn't.

And if he does go to SPL it will only be for a year then it will be down to championship or league 1 unless he has a drastic turn in ability.

If he becomes good, there's hope for everyone.
