How much of a hypocrite is Alan stubbs? Won't sell a player to a bigger club to help the players career but soon as a bigger club comes in for him he's off. What a joke he is.

Stubbs not went to a bigger club but this is to do with his family being down south and he's a hibs legend .

Any player I was meaning and I would say the team he's away to is a bigger club than hibs. There in the 2nd best league in england and he will have a lot more money to spend than he would with hibs si you a bigger club

Rotherham isn't a bigger club though. The league they're in is irrelevant to how big they are. I remember when Spurs were 14 or something and Bolton 7th and a stupid ex footballer was trying to say Bolton were now bigger than Spurs. Absolute garbage.
Were Rangers smaller than teams like Ross County just because they're in a lower division? Are Bournemouth now bigger than Newcastle and Aston Villa? Have a word.

They play in the 2nd best league in england where it don't matter where they finish they will earn a lot more than yous if yous win the league. So yea I would say they're a bigger club than hibs.

Hallet - Want to get your facts right mate before spouting rubbish. Rotherham last year had 6,000 season ticket holders, Hibs had 7,900.

I live 20 miles from Rotherham and i can tell you the fans of Sheffield United think and are a far bigger club than Rotherham. They can't get out of league 1 but to say Rotherham are bigger because they're in the Championship above them would bring you ridicule and a smack in the face. Of course Hibs are a bigger club and despite being stuck in the Sc Championship they're still Scotlands fifth biggest club.
Alan Stubbs ambition next season is to guide Rotherham away from the bottom of the league and his claim that getting Hibs promotion wouldn't be better than the cup win is rediculous. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool.

1. To say they have a bigger fan base shows your lack of knowledge. Look at average attendances over our history compared to there's (current and old).
2. Having more money because of TV doesn't mean they are bigger. As I said about Bournemouth, they aren't bigger than Newcastle or Aston Villa just because they'll be getting more TV money this year. Do remember we are talking about football size not business size. Celtic have a bigger fan base than 17 of the 20 EPL teams but can't beat any of them with wages.
3. If Hibs transferred to English football, we would straight away be earning more. So you can't say because they are luckily playing in England that it suddenly makes them bigger.
You have such a warped viewpoint.

Mentalhibby - Fan wise we are actually 4th. It's just we're huge underachievers so it makes us seem like Aberdeen is bigger. They have obviously won many more cups but that's only down to Ferguson. Sadly Hearts are 3rd and that will stay for a while as being in a lower league will be making is lose new young supporters.
