We need a keeper, I've been going on for 2yrs about Oxley not being good enuff, at last he is on his way, I hope! We have 4 CH's Hanlon McGregor Foster and Fontaine, we don't need a LB Stevenson is fine.

We have cover for both FB positions because Hanlon and McGregor can play there. We need another striker even if JC stays and I'm not convinced he will. As to your comments about Kitty Mackinnon Mr Aware, you ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Wow I can't believe your saying Stevenson is fine well saying that yes he's fine and that's it he's 100% squad player and Hsnkons a bomb scare, both good squad players but shouldn't be near a good first team.

While I'm not a lover of Louis Stevenson I'm also not a hater, he is a very limited player with little talent, he needs to be replaced if hibs want to improve, as hibs left backs go he would not lace murphys boots. kenny millers free header back off the crossbar at Hampden ? One of many bad defence mistakes he has committed.

I can't believe anyone could make negative remarks about Lewis Stevenson after the season he has just had. He has just been awarded a testimonial and I believe it is truly deserved. It seems to me that their are a minority of fans who are always looking to pick on someone and Lewis is their first choice. when it comes to Hibs player of the season Lewis won't be far away. As for Paul Hanlon, he's that bad we couldn't wait to get him resigned and Aberdeen made him an offer.

Because Louis Stevenson has played over the last number of seasons, don't let that fool you into thinking he's a good LB, he's not! Is effort is not in question, but if we seriously want to move forward he's not good enough at defending and his end product not good enough, he's played since 2007 - until Alan Stubbs in probably the worst hibs teams in living memory.

Time for a reality check! The young Celtic LB great going forward not to good at defending, apart from him, name Lb's better than Stevenson in Scottish football and don't tell me Tavernier because he was found out in the final.

First of all LEWIS does not spell his name LOUIS. My god, some folk. True LEWIS isn't a natural l/ b - more of a left sided midfield player being asked to do a job for the team. He has consistantly kept his place in the team for past 10 years under numerous managers. They can't all be wrong.
LEWIS gives 100% in every game, how many other players can you say that about?

Tam McManus was also at Hibs for 10 years and he was gash, no one is saying Stevenson should go but he's a squad player and would make a great deputy when a good left back was injured.

Old post I know but I couldn't read this and let it go. Lewis would crawl naked thru broken glass for Hibs but he never has or never will be a full back. Some of you need to take a look at some of our conceded goals. Oxley and Lewis were both culpable for many of them. If you can't concede that then you've no idea what your talking about.
