Even Dundee are signing a couple of Germans. Is Stubbs another Alex Miller and not want to sign foriegn players?

We were never near as bad a team under Alex Millers tenure. I'd be over the moon to have any team from Millers time playing for us right now.

@OP. Not quite right. Non Scottish players were Gareth Evans, Keith Houchen and John Burridge, all English whilst Michael O'Neil was from Northern Ireland. They could probably still do a job for us now 'cause the current lot seem incapable. (It's a banter site ok!)
