Terry Butcher, Malpas and Marsella are the same management team that built a brand new squad, on a shoestring budget for Inverness. They played us off the park winning 3-0 and 2-0, playing great attacking football.
They aren't persons.

Butcher has adapted the hoof tactic because the players we have are incapable of passing to each other over two yards.

He can't motivate lads that he's told are leaving. Mourinho couldn't. He was loved by the caley players and had them passing us off the park so he does know what players are needed to get that style at easter rd

No manager around will do a better job. Mowbray or Mcleish wouldn't come back.

If Terry was so hated by the palyers then it`s his fault and should have dropped them. Yes they`re all gash, he couldn`t managed to win 1 home game in the last 5, shocking.
You say he has built a good team at Inverness, aye very good, it`s Inverness. Each time Terry has been given a chance else where he `s blown it and prove he`s not got it at a higher level or bigger team. Face facts he`s a pub manager from the 80`s who style of management doesn`t work on players at a bigger club.
Ideal world someone like Billy Davies, no chance in getting him but someone like him just not Butcher.

Billy Davies who messed up Forests Playoff position with a terrible run, and 5-0 pastin at derby? Unbelievable haha
