It's about time we signed more GOOD players.

People were delusionally saying our squad is looking best it has in ages but if you seriously analyse it, it's very weak. Especially if the player that is miles in front of every other player in our team leaves.

We need a goalie, CB, two- footed fullback, attacking midfielder and fast forward.

Dislike this comment if you want but it's the truth.

Mr aware your comments are very negative hibs last season played the best football I have seen in the last 5-6 seasons and the signings as has bought in have been decent quality instead of slating get behind the team and the manager I do agree we need a goalie but I would try the other keeper we have and see how that goes and I hope you've got your season ticket mate

i think we need to sign a few new players too,,,last season wasn't bad considering it was a new team,,,stubbs pulled in some good players but I was kinda hopin he would have gotten a few in again,,,mcgeoch is a loss and we've known since the end of last season that its only a matter of time b4 allan goes,,and now he's stuck in a transfer request,theres no way he can stay now,,no way. i'd just like to read the news about players signing and positive talk .

Allan Stubbs only signed a new contract if Scott Allan was not sold to rangers so I don't think he's going any where till end of next season personally I would do a deal with septic £250k and mcgeough but you may find mcgeough will be back at Easter road before the window closes

I kinda agree tho. Defo need another centre half another full back yes, attacking midfielder not so sure? We could do with more defensive cover in the midfield IMO. A fast forward yes, as Malonga isn`t fast is he and I can`t see him being at Hibs at the end of the season, hopefully Keatings is the man. Keeper, will he`s signed 2 and we`re just going to hope that Oxley can get better or the other fella is better.

hopefully mcgeoch will come back,,,allan wouldn't sign for celtic they aren't interested,,,when sevco come in with the right offer he's gone,,,the guys handed in a transfer request to move to sevco ,not because he wants to leave hibs,,,do ye really think he's staying after requesting to leave,,,come on,,,I've heard we are negotiating for bigger amount ,but he's gone. he's either going to sign for sevco or he's going to get it tight all season and then sign for free in january.

stubbs didn't just sign if allan isn't sold to sevco,,,,thats ridiculous,,,and we can't make him sign for a team he doesn't want to, nor can we really stand in the boys way either to be fair,,,,,GTF allan let's move on get a good fee and we can get good couple of players while we can

I don't think SA would sign for Celtic and he definitely won't sign for Dun Utd particularly when he knows sevco want him. I think he will just sit it out but that could be disruptive. I've said since I first clapped eyes on Oxley that we needed a keeper, as to the rest of it, I put my faith in AS!!

Gardner - I am being realistic and if that sounds negative then that just means we aren't in a good situation.

You've already said it's the best football you've seen at us in 5 or 6 years and again i will say we haven't been exciting since Mowbray left which was 8 years ago. Also, this is the CHAMPIONSHIP. If Hibs aren't more attacking in Championship then would be something seriously wrong.

It still stand that there is NO reason for Hearts to be so far in front last season if Stubbs is so "great".
Out of Hearts most played players last season, 6 were NEW signings, along with 4 youth and Wilson.
Our main 11 last season consisted ALSO of 6 new players but the other 5 were 4 experienced and one youth.
try debating that one!

Stubbs didn't even reach 2 pts per game which should've been our absolute minimum in that league!

MrAware - Hibs were never going to win the league last season. Hearts did have the better squad and proved it. Robbie at he filth isn't any better than Stubbs. They were the form team before they went down and the bookies don't get it wrong much. Were Hibs favs for the league - no.

Hibs were in a mess before Stubbs came along. It takes time to sort a mess. Ever tried it? Doubt it.

Piq your correct mate Stubbs is a good manager and he will get better his when they went down LD stated this was a 2year plan Robbie and Levine are no better than Stubbs in fact I would say there worse they had a not bad team but what they did have was the guts to stand up and be counted where hibs played for half a game Stubbs has tought them to fight for 90 mins he's bought in some great signings and after a long time I'm looking forward to watching my team last season was the best I've seen in a long time and this season will be even better. Some so called hibs fans should hold there head in shame they never get behind the manager or the team manager after manager and the disgust of hearing fans booing the team off the pitch we need to go back to when we cheered hibs thick and thin and buy season tickets so we can keep our best players you also find its the people that don't buy there season tickets that have the cheek to criticise my statement is this we are hibs we are a family we should support hibs through everything not boo them ever get behind Stubbs buy your season ticket have your say and let's build this to get 15000 support every week so Stubbs and hibs can buy better and keep better if not sorry you shouldn't have a say.

Piquet68 - Read back what i said then what you said. I had to explain Hearts team situation because people don't seem to be able to work out what i was saying and you still come out with delusiona comment.

We were in the same situation as Hearts but they went out and bought better and played better by a mile. This therefore 100% clarifies Neilson is better than stubbs. How can you even say otherwise? Neilson signed better and had better tactics, pure and simple! Rangers were faves for league last year!!

You are a lost cause. There is only so long i can debate with people who can't understand anything.
