Hull considering recalling oxley due to injury problems. What hibs going to do for a keeper if he goes? Combe? Any others we could sign?

They can't recall him there's a clause they must give 3 month notice and we can bring another in on an emergency contract and northd hibby give up mate

Read the article on bbc. They can recall him anytime. They have keeper problems so would get away with it. But we need another keeper anyway oxley not up to standard at times

Mark bell, darlington fc keeper plays part time, works as a roofer am sure he would rise to the occasion.

Combe will do ok in goals, he wasnt a bad keeper in his day either, hibs fan too! remember burridge was 1 month of age of 40 when he came to hibs. stick with combe, experience at the back, and put the young foreign laddie on bench as back up, then rod petrie has pocketed himself another 2k or so from oxleys wages. northd hibee

Any loan of players to a Scottish Club are for a stipulated period. ie from star of season till January window/end of season. Unlike in Englandshire where it can be for a matter of weeks. Follows that Oxley cannot be recalled.

That was the rule back then?. its changed now, it happened when hibs 1st signed phil airey on loan from newcastle utd by calderwood in the january a few yrs back, he was at east mains for 3 days, then called back to newcastle utd due to there striker injury problems. then we signed him about 2 mnths later on a loan. came on as sub v killi at rugby park and done his ankle on his debut. northd hibee

A know phil airey personally. he lives in morpeth. fact. hibs sent him back to newcastle to do his rehabilitation. but wanted him to return ro hibs, when fit. until calderwwod sacked. well there was nothing 4 him to do at east mains was there. xcept see the team struggle in the relegation zone. northd hibee
