Still think we could do with 3 players. An experienced player in their late 20's who could play both centre half/left back would be ideal. Nothing against Stevenson but we need better in left back position. Someone similar to Gray who could help Hanlon, like he's been helping Forster. Also centre mid and a striker.

I think I'm actually the only person that likes Stevenson, agreed he's not a left back or defender but what was it 2 or 3 seasons ago he was our player of the year in a midfield role? Think he's a good midfielder who's put the team ahead of himself and played where he's told to without causing a dispute.

Och, here we go again with overrating Stevenson.

He won player of the year in a season when we were awful!

Out of his whole career so far, the only season where he hasn't been a regular, is when we actually finished in a decent position being 4th! Every other season we've been in a bad league position and he's played his part in it!

Our aim is to be 4th in SPL. Stevenson is not 4th in league level at all. Fair enough him being 1st team this year as lower SPL/Championship is his level, but he should just be a sub at absolute most when we're back in SPL.

I think Stevenson is an average player but a hibby at heart he plays for the team the badge and the manager that makes him worth his salt
